Project to develop a 5-star luxury hotel, located in the heart of Chicago's financial district, in downtown Chicago.
The property is adjacent to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the Chicago Board of Trade building, the Willis Tower - the tallest building in Chicago and is surrounded by the headquarters of major banks and international organizations.
The neo-classical building was built in 1914 by the famous American architect. The building is mixed use and includes office floors, a hotel and two upper floors for hotel development.
The hotel will be partly built on the ground floor and penthouse floors (18-22).
The 21st floor lobby overlooking the sky will feature a reception and lounge, gourmet restaurant and bar, as well as 6,000 SF of meeting space, fitness center and outdoor rooftop terrace. .
The 22nd floor portion must include a 3000 SF ballroom with an adjacent 1500 SF outdoor rooftop terrace.
The hotel is planned for 234 luxurious rooms meeting the standards of the international brands.
