A new generation modular hotel called Day Use that allows the rental of rooms at night and offices during the day thanks to the concept of modularity of multifunctional suites.
This new concept allows business customers to combine pleasure and work by giving the opportunity to modulate spaces according to the needs and desires of each.
The Hotel offers 3 types of rooms: Comfort (modules from 18 to 22 m2), Suites (24 to 45 m2), First Level Suites.
The hotel has a wide range of facilities: an office space of 700/800 m2 with flexible rooms to complement the Day Use offer and to accommodate 20 to 200 people in training, seminars, private events or institutional; a co-working area of 250/300 m2 of space converted into open-space and private workstations accessible 24/7; the lounge bar with a space of 250 m2, the brewery, space of 100 m2, the caterer: 50 m2 self-service 27/7 and the food court with space of 200 m2.
The hotel offers a SPA softness and care, a space of 150/250 m2 composed of a SPA, a hamam, a sauna, a terrace and cabins of care accessible 7/7.
