The project includes the renovation of the building and conservative restoration of the existing 4 * hotel and reconstruction of neighboring buildings construction with the expansion of the capacity.
Both buildings are located in densely populated neighborhood with many shopping and business centers, which ensures a large number of customers.
1. The renovation project of a 4 * hotel.
The design of the hotel offers the elevation of the entire two-story structure both in terms of image creating a bay window for each room, both in terms of materials as the entire facade was rebuilt with the use of new technologies and new finishing materials.
The internal layout is completely revised and public spaces on the ground floor create larger rooms and quality with the rise of plans.
Regarding functional distribution, the hotel will be as follows:
On the second floor are the basement laundry, space technology, staff / warehouse storage services;
The lobby of the ground floor, reception, administrative offices, kitchen and bar restaurant / lounge;
91 rooms on the 8th floor;
2. The building extension project.
The preliminary design of the intervention provides for the restructuring of the existing building which is directly connected to the hotel as an extension space; the building is also equipped with independent access.
With regard to the functional distribution, the building will be as follows:
Net area: 506 sq.m.
Three underground floors for the garage for a total of 42 automated parking spaces;
Basement for storage (height cm 259) of approximately 446 sq.m .;
An open floor of 334 sq.m. with atrium;
Two floors for rooms 334 and 170 sq.m .;
Fitness area of 234 sq.m., with 100 sq.m. of covered loggia
